Extremely comfortable stay thanks mainly to the staff and surroundings but food was poor
Staff were very pleasant and helpful.We were given an upgrade and were greeted with a lovely room which someone had decorated for our Golden Wedding celebrations which I had mentioned.That was an example of how very thoughtful the staff were throughout ore stay.Location was brilliant and taxis were called more or less immediately.Hotel surroundings very luxurious and comfortable.
Food was disappointing.Breakfast was ordinary but staff were brilliant.We had a meal in the restaurant which was poor but expensive.Really the only big shortfall.

We had a problem with the heating system the room was very cold but the staff were very helpful where they showed us many rooms until we found one that was warm
